The 2026 Employee Engagement Survey is Now Closed

As UConn Health continues to grow and evolve, it is important that we understand the experiences of our workforce. The Employee Engagement Survey helps us better understand what is working well, where opportunities exist, and how we can continue building a workplace where everyone can thrive.

Whether you shared what you value most about working at UConn Health or identified opportunities for improvement, your feedback helps shape the future of our organization.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to share your voice. Your feedback is an important part of moving UConn Health forward, and we look forward to using what we learn to help shape meaningful progress across our organization.

Bringing Engagement to Life: The Survey Pop-Up Series

The 2026 Employee Engagement Survey campaign was about more than completing a survey—it was about bringing our community together.

Throughout the summer, our Engagement Survey Pop-Up Series brought employees together across UConn Health for four Wednesdays of food, music, connection, and conversation. From the Academic Entrance to Lower Campus and 16 Munson, employees had the opportunity to grab lunch, enjoy live music, connect with colleagues, and complete their Employee Engagement Survey on-site.

With food trucks, survey stations, and plenty of UConn Health spirit, each pop-up offered a fun and accessible way to participate and be part of the campaign.

Across four weeks of pop-up events and three locations, employees came together to support the survey and help us reach an incredible 65% participation rate—our campaign goal!

These events were just one part of the incredible collective effort that made this year’s survey campaign such a success. Thank you to everyone who stopped by, completed the survey, volunteered, helped spread the word, grabbed a meal, or simply helped create a little more energy around engagement.
