Facility Access

The following information must be provided to CCM prior to gaining access to the Animal Tower:

• Date Animal Users Training given by Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee
• Employee number or last four digits of their Social Security number and date of birth

In addition they must be listed on the approved Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee protocol.

Once all of the above information is provided, CCM will grant access to the animal facility within one to two days.

Policy: No children, pets or unauthorized visitors are allowed in the animal facility.
