The Ambulatory Team provides strategic oversight and coordination for Epic solutions supporting outpatient and clinic-based care. This team serves as the central point of alignment for ambulatory Epic standards, governance, and cross-application integration rather than managing individual clinical workflows directly.
Working closely with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders, the Ambulatory Team ensures consistency, stability, and safe implementation of Epic across all outpatient settings. Through collaboration with specialized Epic application teams, we support cohesive system design, effective change management, and a reliable Epic experience for ambulatory users.
Note: This team manages Epic application build coordination only. For hardware issues (printers, scanners, or monitors), please contact the general IT Help Desk.
